02

Who we are

NEXTGEN Media is a digital agency working with businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Gulf region and Pakistan. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiry details. Your name, email address, website or social media handle, the services you are interested in, and anything you write to us through the contact form, email or social media.
  • Business and project information. Details you share when you work with us, such as your company name, role, phone number, billing details, brand assets, and any account access or permissions you grant us.
  • Communications. Our emails and messages with you, and notes from calls or meetings.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, standard technical information is recorded, which may include your IP address, browser and version, device type, operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We may collect business contact details, such as a company name, business email address, business phone number or public social media profile, from public sources, business directories and professional networks. We use these to identify and contact businesses that may benefit from our Services.

Cookies

The Website does not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. We count visits with cookieless analytics that report totals and do not identify you or follow you to other websites.

Our infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies only to protect the Website from malicious traffic and keep it running. These do not require consent.

If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.

06

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf, including hosting, content delivery and security, analytics, email and form delivery, file storage, communication, payments and accounting. They may use the information only to provide their service to us and must protect it.
  • Our team and contractors who need it to deliver the Services, all bound by confidentiality.
  • Platforms you ask us to work in, such as advertising, social media and website platforms, when delivering the Services requires it.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Authorities and others where required, when we believe in good faith that the law, a court order or a government request requires it, or that it is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of NEXTGEN Media, our clients or others.
  • A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of our business. The information stays protected by terms at least as strict as this policy.
  • Anyone else you approve, when you ask or agree to the disclosure.

We work across several countries, and our team and service providers may be located outside the country where you live, including in countries with different data protection laws. When we transfer personal information internationally, we protect it with appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, where these are required.

No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will never treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

How to make a request

Email hello@thenextgenmedia.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We reply within the time the law requires, and in any case within 30 days. Requests are free unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.

11

Business outreach

We may contact businesses by email, phone or direct message about services that may be relevant to them, in line with the laws on business-to-business communication. Every outreach message says who we are and how to stop hearing from us.

To opt out, reply "unsubscribe", follow the instructions in the message, or email hello@thenextgenmedia.com. We then keep your details on a suppression list for the sole purpose of not contacting you again. Opting out does not stop service messages about an active project.

12

Client data

While delivering our Services, we may handle personal information for our clients, such as audience data in advertising accounts, enquiries sent through websites we build, or followers and messages on social media pages we manage. In these cases we act as a processor or service provider. We use the information only on our client's documented instructions and keep it confidential. The client is responsible for that information and its own privacy policy applies, so please contact that business with any questions about it.

13

Children

The Website and Services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

15

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

16

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our Services or the law. When we do, we change the "Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
